• ·Three-phase rollout: ground launch → cross-clinic feedback loops across 5–7 IDC locations → nationwide readiness across IDC’s 130+ branches with DRAP-compliant licensing.

• ·Going live soon. ChironAI is to undergo a non-clinical readiness evaluation at Fatimiyah Hospital — a 106-bed multi-disciplinary secondary healthcare facility in Soldier Bazar, Karachi.
• ·Workflow review, simulation on de-identified cases, Pakistan-context localization, and definition of readiness criteria across safety, performance, and governance.
• ·The MOU provides for faculty and clinicians to take a 90-day AI literacy and fluency programme from the California Institute of Artificial Intelligence (CIAI), announced as part of The Dawn Directive™ — the programme CIAI has since renamed AI Professional 360™.
• ·Collaboration extends across the Fatimiyah Education Network and Fatimiyah Higher Education System through a parallel ArthurAI programme.

• ·Ethiopia has fewer than 1.5 physicians per 10,000 people — the structural context where reasoning support changes outcomes.
• ·Three pillars: Clinical Innovation, Hospital Operations, and Workforce Capacity-Building.
• ·The MoU envisages CIAI’s AI Professional 360™ programme (announced as The Dawn Directive™) training up to 500 clinicians, administrators, and staff in AI literacy and ethics in its first year.

• ·The MoU’s healthcare scope names ChironAI for diagnostics, clinical support, and public health systems across the East African Community. ChironAI is not yet deployed in the region.
• ·The MoU extends the partnership’s scope from 4 to 11 countries, adding Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Somalia.
