Production workloads run on Azure Container Apps within Eve-Grid™, our proprietary Azure-native deployment posture. Health probes gate traffic to healthy revisions, and workloads scale horizontally under load.
Releases use blue-green and canary patterns: new revisions receive a graduated share of traffic (for example 5% to 25% to 50% to 100%, with soak intervals between) so regressions surface on a small slice before they reach the full user base.
Because a healthy and a candidate revision run side by side, production rollback is a traffic-split flip back to the known-good revision rather than a full redeploy — measured in seconds, not a deployment cycle.
Database backups run on a continuous-restore window via Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server, supporting point-in-time recovery within the retention window rather than only discrete nightly snapshots.
Recovery-time and recovery-point objectives (RTO / RPO) are documented per institutional deployment in the deployment Statement of Work. We set them with each customer against the criticality of the workload and the residency and regulatory constraints of the jurisdiction, rather than publishing a single number that would be wrong for someone.
Where disaster-recovery replication is contracted, both the source and the replica remain within the same regulatory jurisdiction, consistent with the residency commitments on the Data Handling page.
