MindHYVE.ai Puts the Whole California Workers’ Comp Claim in One Operating System for Med-Legal and Occupational-Medicine Practices
ChironAI™ OM opens free public calculators and practice guides, plus live demonstrations for QMEs, treating physicians, PM&R and personal-injury practices.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — October 17, 2026 — Eve-Healthcare LLC, a subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc., today opened a rebuilt home for ChironAI™ OM at chirongrid.ai/om. ChironAI OM is the Agentic AI operating system that runs a California workers’ compensation claim from intake to closure. The site gives California practices free statutory calculators, practice guides and a live demonstration built around their own role.
ChironAI OM is built for the physicians who carry California’s medical-legal system: Qualified and Agreed Medical Evaluators, treating physicians in occupational medicine, PM&R practices, and practices that see personal-injury patients. Chiron organizes the whole record into a chronology in which every entry cites its source, and prepares working drafts of report sections and personal-injury narratives; the physician personally reviews the records, decides every conclusion, edits and signs. It fills the official DWC, QME and DEU forms from case data. It counts every statutory clock the way the Labor Code counts it, flags a bill paid late where a penalty and interest may be claimed, and drafts the medical-legal charge when the physician attests the report. Before a report is signed, a feature called Defend This lets Chiron argue opposing counsel’s side against the physician’s adopted determinations and then prepare a response for the physician to decide on.
The physician stays the decider. Chiron is an AI system, it is not licensed, and it does not present itself as licensed. No opinion section reaches a report until the physician adopts it, edits it or disagrees with it, and every AI-generated output carries the disclosures California requires under AB 3030 and AB 489.
The workload is growing. California assigned 178,003 QME panels in 2024, up 33 percent from 2021 (California Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation, 2025 Annual Report, pp. 106–108). The average cost paid per medical-legal evaluation reached $2,130 in 2024 (CHSWC 2025 Annual Report, p. 76, average cost per medical-legal evaluation, 2024). Each of those evaluations depends on a physician who reads the record, meets the deadline and writes a report that holds up under cross-examination.
The new site is organized by role, with separate paths for QMEs and AMEs, treating physicians, PM&R, personal-injury practices, practice owners and MSOs, attorneys, and claims professionals. The public deadline, penalty and medical-legal fee calculators and the practice guides are free to use, with no sign-up. They are informational and are not legal, medical or billing advice. Practices can book a demonstration at chirongrid.ai/om.

ChironAI™ OM uses artificial intelligence. Chiron is not a physician and holds no medical licence; it organizes the records, prepares working drafts and proposes. A licensed physician personally reviews, decides and signs every clinical and medical-legal opinion. AI-generated content is disclosed as such under California AB 3030, and Chiron never presents itself as a licensed health professional (AB 489).
