Opinions that blend admissible and inadmissible material.

Evaluator-scope digests use admissible records only, objections and ex parte contacts are on the record, and settlement-readiness summaries never estimate value.
§4062.3 record digest
An evaluator-scope chronology built only from admissible records — and a second reader that tries to refute every entry before you see it.
- Builds the case chronology per scope: evaluator (admissible records only, Lab. Code §4062.3) or treating (full chart), each entry citing its source document.
- A second pass tries to refute each entry against its cited source and marks it confirmed, unsupported or contradicted.
- Where two sources disagree — treating versus prior QME on causation or work status — the conflict is surfaced neutrally, citing both.
Admissibility flags and ex parte log
Objections, strikes and one-sided contacts are on the record, per document — so nothing inadmissible quietly shapes the opinion.
- Per-document admissibility flags record objections, orders, strikes and retractions; a medical-record objection marks a record disputed, a nonmedical objection excludes it.
- Ex parte communications are logged and classified, and the aggrieved party’s §4062.3(g) election is recorded — never auto-terminated.
Case closure and settlement readiness
P&S readiness, a six-part settlement-readiness summary that never estimates value, future-medical framing and a hashed closure packet.
- Drafts an MMI / permanent-and-stationary readiness assessment grounded strictly in completed-visit records.
- Drafts a six-section settlement-readiness summary under a neutrality rule that forbids settlement-value estimates.
- A finalized closure packet can be verified by its hash.
