• The State's Medical Provider Network list

  Every week Chiron copies California's public MPN list into your clinic's records, so the carrier and network you pick at intake are current.

• Official code sets

  ICD-10-CM diagnoses, HCPCS Level II codes and the MTUS Drug List are loaded from their official publishers, and every code Chiron suggests is checked against them.

• The DWC fee schedules

  Charges are priced against the Official Medical Fee Schedule and the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule in effect on the date of service, including your DWC locality once you add your service locations.

• The national provider registry

  Chiron checks each physician's NPI against the national NPPES registry, and you can ask it to check again.

• The DWC's own forms

  OM fills the DWC's official PDF forms, such as Form 5021, PR-2, PR-4, the DWC Form RFA and the QME and DEU forms, from the case.

• EAMS filing copies

  For the medical-report forms you file with the WCAB, OM produces a separate PDF/A copy in the format EAMS requires. You file it in EAMS yourself.

• EDD disability forms

  Chiron prepares the physician's answers for DE 2501 and DE 2525XX from the case. You enter them in EDD's own system or on the paper form, and record in OM that they were filed.

• Your billing partner

  Export validated claims in one click as a ZIP holding each bill's standard electronic claim file (837P), its supporting documents and a manifest, for your billing partner to submit. OM keeps a log of each hand-off, and a hand-off is never treated as a submission to a payer.

• Paper claims

  OM generates the CMS-1500 claim form from a charge.

• Secure links for outside parties

  No-login links let an adjuster or attorney upload records to you, let a patient or injured worker complete an intake or questionnaire on a phone, and deliver a signed report or a records production to one recipient, with each opening logged. A public verification page lets anyone holding a fingerprinted document confirm it is the original, without seeing patient data.

• Email

  OM sends deadline, escalation and security alerts by email, and can email a patient their intake link. You choose which alerts arrive by email.

• Spreadsheets

  Registers and analytics export as CSV or Excel, and a full export of your clinic's records is available to your administrator.
