The scenario
Two weeks before a deposition, the physician runs Defend This on the adopted causation opinion. Chiron, playing defense counsel, finds that the opinion leans on a prior MRI that a later study contradicts, then drafts the rebuttal from the physician's own adopted positions. The physician adds a sentence to a supplemental report. Chiron builds the deposition packet and, after the testimony, drafts the ML204 charge from the hours recorded.
